The Auto Body program will give you the skills to make any car look bangin’—not banged up. From repairing the frame to painting on flames, Auto Tech will give you the know how you need to make even a junker look like it belongs in a showroom.
Program Description
This program focuses on collision repair skills for national certification. Students gain practical experience by working on their own and customers’ cars.
They learn the use of hand, power and special auto body tools and equipment. Topics include frame and auto body repair, auto refinishing and replacement parts and sections of panels. Welding skills are also taught.
In addition, there are opportunities to do customized paint graphics, airbrushing, and restoration work on high performance and show-quality vehicles.
